Project 365 Day 169: June 18, 2013

I don't understand this ad that I saw in the CCSU student center. It says, "Dare to be a Blue Devil...4 out of 5 Blue Devils have never been in trouble with police, residence hall staff or other university authorities." What exactly is it trying to get students to do? I'm assuming they want more students to follow that example, but it sounds like it could go the other way as well. http://flic.kr/p/f4gYqx
