signs I am getting old, #956

Last year, I helped one of the Spanish fellows prepare a book manuscript. I changed the footnotes to internal citations (which is what the publisher wanted) and helped her track down some elusive images. (It was an art history book.)

So today she came up to me at our seminar and told me that the book got published. She told me she would give me a copy, because she mentioned me in the acknowledgements.

Is it bad that (a) it took me a while to remember that I helped her with this book, and (b) I actually had to do a Google search to remember what the book was about?
