Project 366 Day 131: May 10, 2012
I know England is not known for its cuisine, but once in a while I get a strange craving for some random thing I had in Oxford. Today, I was craving the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on a bagel that I always used to get at Giraffe - especially when I was at Heathrow on the way home. So I headed over to the grocery store to get the stuff to make it.
Usually, when I try to recreate something that I had at a restaurant, it doesn't usually come out as I would expect. But this one was simple enough that it was hard to mess up!
