Since it was a beautiful day and lighter for much later, we made dinner on the grill. Maggie and I made a run to Geissler's for potato salad and other stuff we don't usually get, like Irish cheese and Stewart's Root Beer.

(I should explain to the non-locals that it is universally agreed in the Hartford area that Geissler's has the best potato salad, probably because it's homemade. In the summertime, it is not uncommon to see every person in the deli line buying potato salad!)

Anyway, Maggie suggested that I take a picture of the tomatoes, so there you go. I think it is a good choice, and completes my vegetable triptych.
