Project 366 Day 77: March 17, 2012
Happy St. Patrick's Day! My parents are at the Jersey Shore visiting friends tonight, so we will have our St. Patrick's Day dinner tomorrow night. I spent a better part of the day out shopping, visiting my friend's bakery and making desserts for tomorrow.
Here we have: (1) chocolate chip cookie bites with chocolate frosting and green sparkle icing on top; (2) brownie bites with Andes candies inside, green icing and gold sprinkles on top; and (3) chocolate whoopie pies with green filling.
I did not make the whoopie pies - they came from my friend's bakery. She also made an adult version containing creme de menthe, which I did not buy but I did get to try one. (I couldn't buy them because I couldn't imagine how we would keep them away from PJ...)
